ARTS is a ticketing system that PT Railink created by adopting the latest technology with 3 (three) innovative values: cashless, manless and everywhere (sold/bookable vila multiple channels like iBooking, mBooking, B2B and, Vending Machines).
In developing ARTS's business side, PT Railink has worked together with partners that are experienced in their respective fields (banking, e-commerce, payment gateways, front end and networks) to guarantee ARTS's successful performance.
ARTS enable Airport Train customers to easily access ticket services from various channels; websites, mobile apps, vending machines and others, paired with cashless transactions using credit cards, debit cards as well as prepaid cards that most of the customers already have without having a separate card from Railink and/or the need for service counters.

The new system update will take effect on Kualanamu Airport train starting August 1, 2018.
